Look, we’re just a small team with big feelings and a four-color press. But we know you’ve got questions, and we want you to feel good about supporting us — even if your shirt shows up wrinkled because USPS played hacky sack with the box.
We try to ship within 3–5 business days, but please be patient — this isn’t Amazon Prime and we’re not working in a warehouse fueled by broken dreams and energy drinks.

📦 When will my order ship?
💥 My stuff arrived damaged — now what?
First of all, we're sorry. That sucks.
Send us a photo and your order number at loweco517@gmail.com, and we’ll either replace it or give you store credit. We're not in the business of ghosting people.
🧙♀️ What if I ordered the wrong size?
We get it — sizing can be a weird emotional rollercoaster.
We offer exchanges when stock allows, just hit us up and we’ll figure it out together. If your size is sold out, we’ll work something out that doesn’t end in tears.

If it’s unworn and within 14 days of delivery, yes.
But we’re a tiny operation, so return shipping is on you — unless it was our screw-up.
Email us first so we can talk like humans and not make this awkward.
🧾 Can I cancel or change my order?
If we haven’t printed or shipped it yet, yes.
We move pretty fast, though — so contact us ASAP at loweco517@gmail.com and we’ll try to catch it before it hits the press.
🧵 Do you keep a bunch of shirts in stock?
Nah. We’re not a warehouse. We usually keep 1–2 of each size on hand and print more as orders come in.
That means less waste, more intention.
It might take an extra day or two, but that’s because it’s printed with soul — not Amazon Prime.
