This Blog Wasn’t Part of the Plan (But It’s Exactly What I Needed)
Hey — I’m Noah.
If you’re here, you probably already know I’m the person behind Cynic With a Soul. But this blog? This wasn’t part of the original blueprint. I didn’t set out to write about my life, my healing, or the systems I’ve had to untangle myself from — but at some point, it became unavoidable.
Writing helped me survive. It helped me put words to things I didn’t have language for growing up. And eventually, it became a way to connect the dots between personal healing and the world around me — the trauma, the burnout, the unspoken grief that so many of us carry.
This blog is a mix of everything that brought me here:
Book chapters. Raw reflections. Emotional truths. Corporate rage. Healing. Humor. Mess. Hope.
You’ll find pieces of the book I’ve been writing. You’ll find my story — not because I think it’s special, but because I know what it feels like to need someone else’s story to make sense of your own.
So whether you’re here for the shirts, the zines, the in-between parts of healing no one talks about, or just because life feels too loud right now — welcome. You belong here, even if you’re still figuring out who you are.
Let’s unravel this thing together.
Still here. Still healing. Still building
This isn’t the polished version — it’s the version that survived.
Welcome to the rebellion.
